Longtime and prolific doll costumer, Michael Canadas, with assistance from the Carmel Doll Shop Team, has created a limited number of ballet ensemble kits to fit “Adelina” a reproduction KPM china lady from artist Carl Armstrong.
The “La Sylphide” Ensemble Kit is an exclusive design from the Carmel Doll Shop Boutique, based on the ballet of the same name. Included in the kit is a paper pattern with complete instructions, plus all of the materials needed to create the ensemble. Stockings and completed slippers are included in this kit - a super bonus.(Doll is not included.)
