A new fabric in our lineup, “Rhapsody in Red” is an exact duplication of an 1830s cotton. This lovely, lightweight, cotton voile features a pattern of lines and lozenges against a brilliant red background. This is one of those fabrics that begs to be fashioned into an enfantine era dress.
Louise Hedrick’s “Coming to America” pattern was utilized here to create an exquisite ensemble with our delightful “Rhapsody in Red” voile, as shown in the accompanying photo. The edges of the ensemble are bound with Silk Ribbon - Classic Black (Trim 067) found here, plus Soutache (4 yards) in Classic Black (Trim-073) also available on this site.
