The consummate fabric for your early dolls is this luscious, soft rose-pink “natural” faille. In a medium weight, is has a lovely hand and drape. Consider this marvelous vintage fabric for costuming your early papier-mâché, woodens, Grodnertals, and even crèche figures for an authentic look. There is some very slight water staining at one end, which lends your costumes an antique look, but may not be right for you if you’re looking for a perfect, newly made fabric.
