When our model “Flora” feels the inspiration to appear entirely avant-garde, she strolls over to the House of Paul Poiret for the latest dress model of 1913. Pink, floral-theme organza was the inspiration for “Le Printemps à Paris," a delightful evening ensemble designed for Fanny, Flora and Her Friends.
This chic ensemble is comprised of a hobble skirt/under-dress that you will sew from soft to the touch black silk, plus a unique hooped bodice from the pink silk organza. Decorations in the form of looped picot fringe, black velvet ribbon, black tulle, and black jet beads all add even more dimension to this magnificent creation.
Included in the kit is a paper pattern, instructions and all components needed to create the ensemble pictured here, including the feathered headdress.
Also included is a pattern and cotton material to make basic underwear. A very special bonus is the fact that handcrafted in-house leather slippers are included in each kit, as well as a pair of silk stockings.
Doll and jewelry accessories are not included.
