The stunning “Avenue de L’Opéra” gown is comprised of a fitted and seamed peplum style bodice in peacock blue silk. The bodice is embellished in a wealth of trims including fine gold soutache, dove gray chenille, and a silky fringe in peacock blue. A voluminous and beautifully tailored skirt of matte finish satin in a rich cream hue is embellished with panels of peacock blue silk with gold soutache, chenille and black pom-pom accents.
An elegant, hooded cape richly trimmed in fur-like dove gray chenille, gold soutache and black pom-poms completes the ensemble.
The pattern and materials are available for your sewing pleasure in a complete kit which includes a paper pattern with full instructions and all of the materials needed to create the gown and matching cape. This user friendly kit offers helpful step by step instructions on stitches and techniques, as well as beautifully curated materials.
Doll, accessories and shoes are not included, however, the pattern and materials for the mandatory crinoline are included.
